RETURN POLICY

Felicity takes no exception to quality. If there are any issues with your garments - all returns must be made within 7 business days of the purchase in exchange for another item or store credit. Refunds only apply to manufacturing faults and does not include wear & tear of customer use. 

 

INCORRECT SIZES

If you have purchased an incorrect size - don’t stress! Please contact info@thefelicity.co for all exchanges and questions.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Upon ordering, you will get an email confirmation when payment has been received and further updates with your tracking number when the order has been shipped. Please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking ID to be activated. 

 

SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia (Australia Post)

Express shipping flat rate $10 AUD.

Dispatch within 1-2 business days with estimated delivery 2-8 business days.

International Shipping 

$22.50 AUD flat rate shipping for all International orders.

Free international shipping with purchases over $250 AUD.
